Chinese New Year (CNY) notice
Some suppliers and logistics partners observe the Chinese New Year holiday from February 13–24, 2026. During this time, processing and deliveries may slow down. Order deadline: place orders before February 12, 2026 to avoid delays. Normal operations resume on February 25, 2026. However, we remain available for urgent questions.
For technical or order-related help, email support@miningwholesale.eu and include your order number. Our support team answers requests exclusively by email to provide faster and more accurate assistance. Because demand remains high, email communication works best. Phone calls and WhatsApp messages may not always receive an immediate response. Consequently, we recommend email for all enquiries.
Alternatively, submit a Request a Quote directly on any product page. After reviewing your request, we send our best offer together with payment instructions. You can also specify your preferred payment method in the Order Notes field.
Important: A quote request does not create a final order. An order becomes final only after we confirm it and receive payment.
